Note: Outstation participants can make direct payment (by cheque / cash) in any HDFC Bank branch across India (in favour of POSICON 2013, Account No. 00497620000015), but must e-mail all details mentioned in the registration form below.
Important Registration Instructions- Online registration can be done at www.posi.in (Transaction charges for online registrations (3.5%) will be charged to the delegate).
- Registration Form may be downloaded from the website. Photo copy of the form can also be used for sending the registration. Registrations cannot be transferred.
- Conference registration is must for attending workshops.
- Delegates registering for preconference workshop will be given priority for post conference workshop.
- Registrations received after 20th December will be given handwritten badges and certificates.
- Spot registrations will be strictly by cash (No cheque / DD / credit cards will be accepted).
- All future correspondence will be through SMS and email.
- Organizers will not be responsible for communication failure if mobile number and email ID are not mentioned on the registration form.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund of registration will be made only against the written request submitted to the conference secretariat. Please mail your cancellation request at posicon2013@gmail.com. Please mention your registration number for cancellation request.
