Cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation request received on or before 30^th September 2016 - 25% of registration and accommodation fee will be deducted.
2. Cancellation request received on or before 30^th October 2016 - 50% of registration and accommodation fee will be deducted.
3. Cancellation request received on or before 30^th November 2016 - 75% of registration and accommodation fee will be deducted.
4. Cancellation request after 30^th November 2016 - No refund

All refunds will be made after 15 days of the conference by cheque only.

Important Instructions:

1. Airport transport available from Hotel Le Meridien
2. The hotel check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time us 12.00 noon
3. Early check in and late check out is strictly subject to availability.
4. Internet, mini bar, room service, laundry, and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest at the time of check put.

You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check in.
