REGISTRATION FEE & RULES

MODE OF REGISTRATION

You can register in one of the three ways

  • 1. Online registration with online payment. Visit www.posi.in to register online (Online charges as applicable).
  • 2. Online registration with NEFT /RTGS payment. Visit www.posi.in for a link.
  • 3. Offine registration and payment using cheque / DD. DD / At Par Cheque should be in favour of "POSICON 2019" payable at Mumbai.
  • Airport transfers are not included in the package. However, airport transfers & ground transportation to the venue will be facilitated by the Conference Travel Desk for a fee.
  • The hotel check in time is 15:00 hrs. and check out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • Early check in and late check-out is strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • A Returnable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be taken by the Hotel, you will be required to provide your Credit Card number to the hotel during check-in towards incidentals such as Mini Bar, Room Service, Laundry, Telephones etc.
  • You are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check in.
** SPONSORED DELEGATES WILL BE TREATED AS NON-MEMBERS.

Hotel Renaissance requires in house delegates to deposit a sum of Rs 5000/- as a refundable deposit at the time ofcheck in, or credit card details, subject to the use of any extra-facilities like mini-bar, laundry, telephone etc. which are not included in your package. Each in-house delegate will receive a welcome letter from the hotel clearly stating inclusions and exclusions. All are requested to comply with this arrangement.

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows: Note, in case of cancellation at any stage

  • On or before 31st May 2018 - 25% of the Accommodation fee & Registration fee will be deducted.
  • On or before 31st August 2018 - 50% of the Accommodation fee & Registration fee will be deducted.
  • On or before 30th November 2018 - 75% of the Accommodation fee & Registration fee will be deducted.
  • No Refunds will be made post 1st of December 2018.
  • Refunds will be made only after the conference and will be paid by cheque only.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Please quote your POSI membership number to ensure special package failing which you will be treated asnon-members and become liable to pay enhanced fee as per the schedule. While registering online, provision of fnding your POSI membership number is available only for POSI Members.
  • PG registrations have been subsidized to pre-qualifying students only. Holding one degree e.g. D Orth/FCPS/DNB Orth/Ms Orth and being registered for another will not qualify for the subsidized registration. PG students must submit certificate from the head of department to avail of discounted registration as PG student This will be counter verified and managing committee reserves the right to deny discounted registration if any discrepancy is found. Accommodation for the PG student will be on a twin sharing basis. No reminders will be sent to PG's failing to submit their certificate from HOD, and will be then treated as a full delegate.
  • Any PG who wishes to register along with accompanying person will be treated as a full non member delegate since the accommodation will be provided as a family.
  • Registration should be made on the prescribed form enclosed herewith or its photocopy. The same form can be downloaded from the conference website. Please indicate the choice of Room Partner in case of twin sharing (Check-in & check-out dates of both the delegates should be same).
  • The payment should be in the form of demand draft in the name of "POSICON 2019" payable in Mumbai or by cheques drawn at par on a Mumbai bank. Outstation cheques will not be accepted. TDS deductions do not apply for registration as per IT rules.
  • Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to all the delegates. This letter will show your ID number and payment details. The original acknowledgement letter and receipt must be produced at the registration counter at the venue. This is in accordance with stringent security requirements of the venue. In exchange of this letter the receipt of payment, meal coupon, banquet coupon, etc. will be given.
  • Delegate Badges: Admission to venue without the conference ID will not be granted due to stringent security requirements. All are requested to please co-operate. The organizing committee will not be issuing any last minute ID badges, or refunding fees in the event of the delegates losing or leaving behind these conference IDs.
  • Letter of Invitation: A letter of invitation will be issued on request to help obtain leave and facilitate travel. This letter however does not imply any support, financial or otherwise, towards attending the conference. For an invitation letter, please write to the organizing secretary.
