Aim
This ICL is designed for the general orthopedist as well as the pediatric spine specialist. Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis is common in the population (2-3%) and this ICL will provide foundational knowledge to understand the evaluation of the patient and the natural history of the condition. Particular attention will be directed at the non-operative and operative methods for treating AIS. The ICL will consist of didactic lectures and case-based panel discussion highlighting decision-making and regional challenges.
